Justin Dawson joined International Timber Solutions as General Manager of our New Zealand operations in March 2020. He is based in Napier and is responsible for all supply from New Zealand. Justin has extensive experience across various segments of the timber industry, including sawmilling, processing and sales. He has close to 20 years’ experience in Sales and General manager roles. Justin prides himself on being able to find the right balance between the needs of the supplier and the customer, identifying the best solution for both. Justin believes that transparency and open communication are key to ensuring long-term, sustainable relationships. Justin holds a National Certificate in Solid Wood Processing.

Jonas Andexlinger is the Business Services Manager and is responsible for business processes as well as IT and is based in Mt Gambier. Jonas has a wide range of industry experiences in the field of production management, quality management, start-up and commissioning of industry equipment, scanning technology, writing software, optimisation and process improvements, in large corporations as well as smaller businesses. Originally from Switzerland, Jonas holds a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl. Ing. FH) as a Timber Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences Berne, Switzerland. Jonas moved to Australia in 2007, he has joined the ITS team in 2018.

Jonas loves anything technology, but also loves to do wood working in his free time.

Tanya Pettingill was a member of the ITS team since its inception in 2007. Over her tenure, she has held a diverse range of roles across accounting, customer service, international trade, purchasing, logistics, and international sales. After several years away, Tanya rejoined ITS in 2025 and her current role is Export Documentation and Accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Law) from Deakin University.

Kristan has been an integral member of the International Timber Solutions team since 2014, cultivating strategic relationships with customers and suppliers across key global markets. With extensive experience in customer service and export operations, she brings a professional, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of the business. She leads purchasing operations throughout South America and directs sales into the Middle East and India, ensuring strong commercial alignment and seamless supply chain execution. Her hands-on approach ensures smooth coordination from origin through to delivery, while maintaining trust, transparency, and consistency. Having completed her Certificate IV in Business, Kristan combines hands-on industry expertise with strong commercial and strategic capability. She is focused on fostering long-term partnerships, driving performance across global markets, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
